Block Island HGTV Magazine

The island on an island, on an island! For this project, we worked closely alongside the builder and homeowner to execute a very unique design.  Using a scale map of Block Island for the design, we embossed the shape of the island into the countertop and then ground it down to achieve a 3 dimensional appearance. Fiber optics were then embedded into the countertop to represent the Block Island Lighthouse. The kitchen also had concrete throughout with a custom drain board and accents of Seppele wood. And finally, we created an outdoor bar top, exterior wall caps and an outdoor sink.
